Business Development Specialist
Job description
We are looking for a talented and dynamic Business Development Specialist 🧑💻 to contribute to testing application solutions in line with the IT environment by initiating tests, applying automation in testing activities, isolating issues, analyzing results, and finding solutions.
Your primary responsibility is to set up and grow a profitable and sustainable Business Development vision, over which you will have operational and strategic control. 🐝

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- identify specific prospects to approach while communicating the value proposition for their business and use case
- contact potential clients via the right communication tools to establish rapport and set up meetings
- research organizations and individuals to identify new leads
- understand the technical requirements of our customers, their needs, and objectives
- prepare and present powerful sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Redbee Software solutions
- build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- create a renewal strategy for an already existing database of prospects
- handle passive prospects
- propose marketing initiatives that meet business development objectives
- perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market
- work on retention and growth among our valuable customers by understanding their business needs, goals, and KPIs, and helping them succeed
- assist company management representatives in their business development activities
- you will make out reports and analyses about your activity
What you bring to the team
- at least 3 years of direct sales experience - minimum of a 1 year within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products) would be a plus
- oriented towards a consultative sales approach
- a proven track record of business development success
- able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- good negotiation skills
- experience in working with international clients, would be a plus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, spoken English is required
- you are proactive, creative, flexible, with a strong sense of initiative
- will be considered advantages: International Markets experience, technical (Software development) background
