Challenge
Our involvement in this project started in November 2019, and we took part in the full development cycle of the mobile application. Our client had specific requirements regarding the accessibility of the user interface, wanting to create an easy-to-use platform.
The main functionalities requested were:A personal account, including payment details, delivery addresses, preferences, and order history
Restaurant search bar including filters based on location and cuisine
A menu for each restaurant
Accurate GPS capabilities, required to enable restaurant filtering based on location
Payments, including credit cards, as well as integration with third-party payment system
Order tracking and delivery status
Contact information for customer support

Solution
We used iOS Native, with Swift for the development process. Our team created and implemented all app core functionalities, being responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of the production environment.
Over time we conducted bug fixing and implemented new features such as the QR scan option.
FastOrder was developed without any major technical bumps in the road. We succeed in implementing all client requirements within the established timeline.
