Reporting to our Head of DevSecOps, the Senior DevSecOps Engineer plays a vital role in streamlining delivery by optimizing secure practices, improving communications and collaboration, and creating automation. You will design and implement strategies for our solutions and infrastructure that allow for continuous integration, testing, delivery, monitoring, and feedback across multiple environments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- write software, from build system automation to automated deployment , to scale our engineering delivery
- imagine, architect, develop, deploy, and evolve CI and CD systems for our cloud applications
- increase reliability, improve observability and security, automate wherever possible
- provide troubleshooting and timely resolution of system, network, and infrastructure problems
- build logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to identify bottlenecks and assist with debugging, analysis, and optimization
- write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Industry standard tools and services
- write application deployment automation using industry-standard deployment and configuration tools
- document automation processes
- workstation issue troubleshooting (e.g. proxy, McAfee)
- CI/CD infrastructure and process troubleshooting (disk space, network issues, etc).
- CI/CD pipeline support (troubleshooting, support with setting up in new projects)
- work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements
- mentor junior members of the team
- deal with potential outages
What you bring to the team
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- great understanding of Azure services is a must
- proficient with Agile practices
- able to design and implement DevSecOps practices for version control, compliance, infrastructure as code, configuration management, build, release, and testing
- having an Azure certification is a plus
