The professionals the market is actually asking for

Redbee Academy came from a belief that education and industry should work together to prepare the next generation of specialists. Universities teach the foundations; companies know what the market actually demands.

The Academy closes that gap by combining mentorship, real projects and direct access to professionals that solve these problems daily, so participants graduate ready for the work rather than ready for the theory. That is how we build the resilient, hands-on professionals the market is asking for.

What makes us different

01

You learn from industry experts

Our specialists share real experience from clients and projects, so our programs reflect how we actually work, what we focus on, and the challenges we face every day. You can ask questions, explore real challenges, and get practical answers based on what actually happens in the business world.

02

We start from the business problem, not from the tool & technology

Most courses teach a tool and stop there. The harder skill, and the one that gets people hired, is working out what a business actually needs before you build anything. Our own work is judged on business results rather than working code, and we train you the same way. You leave able to explain why something should be built, not only how.

03

A door into the industry

Our programs can open the door to joining the Redbee team, with our most engaged participants getting the chance to continue their journey with us and turn their program experience into real work experience.
You leave with something tangible to put on your CV, but also with relationships inside our hive and a first-hand understanding of what working in the business world is really like.

Hear it from our graduates

The Odoo courses were incredibly valuable and so well explained.

Coming from a non-technical background, I initially thought Odoo might be out of my depth, but it proved me wrong! It showed me how simple it is to navigate and centralize complex information into a single database. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their skills!

FAQ

Redbee Academy is our training arm. We build programmes around the work our own teams do for clients, so what you learn maps onto what companies pay for. Our specialists teach the material, and every programme puts you on real problems rather than sandbox exercises. Each one ends with the opportunity to join the Redbee team.

Applications are open to anyone willing to learn. It doesn’t matter if you are still in college, you just finished your studies, or just want to move into a new field. A degree in the relevant field is never a requirement; what we assess is whether you can handle the material and finish what you start.

Each programme sets its own baseline and its own intake location. Both are listed on the programme page, and you should read them before applying.

That depends on the programme. Some assume you can already write and read code; others start from zero and are built for people moving in from a non-technical role. Every programme page states its baseline explicitly, so check it first. Applying without meeting the stated baseline wastes a place that someone else can use.

Programmes run over a fixed number of months, self-paced, with a mix of guided material, mentorship from Redbee specialists, and a project you deliver at the end. Most of the work happens remotely, with occasional in-person gatherings.

The specifics vary: duration, meetup format, and weekly time commitment are all listed per programme.

Redbee specialists who do this work daily for clients. That is the point of the format; you can ask questions that have answers from real projects rather than from a syllabus.

Yes, and most participants do. The self-paced format exists so you can fit the work around a schedule you do not control.

The trade-off is real. There is no classroom, no fixed weekly session and nobody chasing you for deadlines, so you carry the responsibility for keeping momentum over several months. Participants who need external structure to stay on track are the ones who drop out. Read the weekly time estimate on the programme page and decide honestly whether you have those hours.

We offer the opportunity to join the team, and we extend it to the participants who perform best. We do not guarantee a position to everyone who completes a programme. What every graduate leaves with is the diploma, the project work, and people inside Redbee who know how you work.

Application windows differ per programme and are listed on each programme page. When a window is closed, the page shows the next expected start date.
