Office moves sound simple, until you realize everything depends on the network working perfectly from minute one.

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who understands that reality.

In this role, you’ll help deliver workplace relocations across multiple sites, ensuring that when teams walk into a new office, everything—from Wi-Fi to core connectivity—is already up and running.

You won’t just track tasks—you’ll be at the center of coordination between engineers, vendors, and business teams, helping turn complex move plans into smooth, disruption-free transitions.

Requirements

This role isn’t purely technical—but you need to understand the technical world:

  You’ve worked in a project coordination or junior PM role (1–3 years)

• ☑️

  You’re comfortable discussing networks (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi)

• ☑️

  You’ve seen or supported office moves, rollouts, or infrastructure changes

• ☑️

  You’re organized, proactive, and can bridge the gap between tech teams and business stakeholders

• ☑️

  You’re calm under pressure, especially when timing is critical

➕ Bonus points if you have

• ☑️

  A background in IT, networking, or field engineering

• ☑️

  Experience with physical infrastructure (cabling, patching, comms rooms)

• ☑️

  Certifications like CCNA, Network+, or PRINCE2 Foundation

Responsibilities

You’ll be supporting and coordinating projects where timing, precision, and communication matter:

• ☑️

  Translating business move plans into technical requirements

• ☑️

  Working closely with network engineers to align on setup, testing, and readiness

• ☑️

  Coordinating everything from cabling and comms rooms to Wi-Fi and WAN connectivity

• ☑️

  Supporting cutover activities, sometimes outside standard hours

• ☑️

  Keeping projects on track by managing dependencies, risks, and timelines

Making sure nothing goes live until it’s fully tested and operational
