Challenge
The ongoing challenge of GuestifyU is to optimize its partner’s service operations and guest experience. We were involved in the full development cycle of the mobile app for guests and had a close collaborative process with our client.
The core functionalities requested were:
- A user profile, where guest can visualize their profile and add or change information according to their preferences and
stays - Push notifications regarding events happening throughout the stay, including everything from daily parties to new
specials on the restaurant menu - An amenities section, with quick access to all services the hotel offers (pools, spa, gyms, and others)
- “Useful Information” section, where guests can learn more about the surroundings, Wifi access code, hotel orientation
plan, and nearby museums - Contact information for customer support
Solution
Our team created and implemented all core functionalities, using iOS Native with Swift for the development process.
Using an Agile methodology, we managed to implement all client requirements within the established timeline. After each completed development milestone, the app was passed on to the testing responsible for validation, this process ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience. At the moment, we are responsible for maintenance and bug fixing.
