This role is ideal for someone with solid recruiting experience who is ready to take more ownership of hiring processes while also contributing to broader HR initiatives. Requirements

  • ☑️

    2–4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in tech hiring

  • ☑️

    Good understanding of technical roles and tech stacks (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)

  • ☑️

    Strong organizational and process management skills

  • ☑️

    A proactive mindset — you jump in where needed and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

  • ☑️

    Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • ☑️

    A people-first approach that makes candidates and employees feel valued

  • ☑️

    Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote + office)

Responsibilities

  • ☑️

    Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers

  • ☑️

    Proactively source and engage candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels

  • ☑️

    Define role requirements and hiring strategies

  • ☑️

    Guide candidates through interviews, feedback loops, and onboarding with clarity and a personal approach

  • ☑️

    Maintain and continuously improve candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows

  • ☑️

    Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

  • ☑️

    Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • ☑️

    Assist with HR documentation, policies, and internal processes

  • ☑️

    Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal events

  • ☑️

    Help maintain HR records and support compliance with internal policies

  • ☑️

    Collaborate with leadership on people-related initiatives and culture building

  • ☑️

    Keep our internal Employee Management System up-to-date
