The Odoo Talent Program within Redbee Academy is a 6-month learning experience designed for students and young professionals who want to understand how modern companies actually run.

All participants start with a shared foundation where they learn how Odoo works end-to-end and how companies manage their processes through ERP systems. After that, you can specialize in the Odoo Functional Consultant track, where you learn how to analyze business processes and translate them into system solutions.

The program is:

At the end of the program, participants will take the Odoo Student Certification Assessment.

Requirements

This program is for motivated young people in Cluj-Napoca who:

No prior ERP knowledge required. Just commitment for the 6-month program.

Responsibilities

During the program, you will learn to:

• ☑️

  Understand business processes (as-is / to-be)

• ☑️

  Analyze how companies manage their operations

• ☑️

  Perform process-to-Odoo mapping (fit/gap analysis)

• ☑️

  Configure standard Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Basic Accounting

• ☑️

  Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications

• ☑️

  Prepare structured functional documentation

• ☑️

  Participate in simulated requirement workshops

• ☑️

  Understand the Odoo implementation lifecycle, from Discovery to Go-Live
