Generative AI moved from experiment to operating requirement in about two years, and the requests changed with it. Companies want assistants that answer from their own documentation, agents that complete multi-step work inside existing systems, and automation that holds up when a live process depends on it. Each of those asks for an engineer who can connect a model to real data and deliver something maintainable.
The roles that build those systems are newer than the demand for them. Job descriptions now ask for GenAI engineers, and almost nobody in the market has five years of the work behind them, because the work is not five years old. Employers are hiring for a skill set that no established educational pathway produces.
Redbee Academy is opening one. The GenAI Talent Path is a six-month program built for a single purpose: to produce GenAI engineers who can carry a model past the prototype stage and into something a company runs every day. Applications are open on our website, starting 1st of September 2026, for a first cohort of 30 participants in Cluj-Napoca.
Courses teach prompting. University programs teach fundamentals. The middle ground, where a language model gets connected to real company data, wrapped in something a business user opens twice, and keeps running after the demo ends, stays largely self-taught. That gap is why AI pilots stall at the proof-of-concept stage.
The GenAI Talent Path was created to close it, starting from a basic coding foundation and ending with a system deployed in a working environment.
Rather than adapting a generic AI syllabus, the curriculum was built from scratch. Redbee's in-house AI and data specialists designed the modules and sequenced them around the way GenAI projects get delivered, from a first requirement to a deployed system.
GenAI and LLM application development covers retrieval-augmented generation systems, internal knowledge assistants, and copilots. Participants work from raw company documents through to a functioning interface: chunking and embedding strategies, retrieval quality, prompt design under real constraints, and evaluating whether output is reliable enough to put in front of a user.
AI agents and workflow automation covers systems that take actions. Participants design agentic workflows that call tools, make decisions across multiple steps, and complete tasks end to end inside a business process. This is where client demand is currently heaviest and where the distance between a prototype and a dependable system is widest.
Foundation modules establish the groundwork. Dedicated tool modules cover Databricks, n8n, and Zapier, the platforms Redbee already runs in production. Integration and deployment modules take the work off a laptop and into a real system. An AI product thinking module addresses the question underneath every client brief: why does this business need this, and what does a good version look like. A capstone build closes the program.
With Odoo Talent Path, we proved Redbee Academy can turn potential into real careers. The GenAI Talent Path is the natural next step: six months where students learn about AI, build with it, ship real projects, and graduate with credentials that mean something, from us and from the platforms shaping this industry.

Different from past programs, the GenAI Talent Path takes the opposite approach with a single track, because the role it trains for demands both halves in one person. A GenAI engineer reads the business process and writes the code that automates it.
The program runs fully remotely across 26 weeks at roughly five to six hours a week, self-paced, free to participate in, with one or two in-person gatherings in Cluj-Napoca over the six months.
At the end, graduates receive the Redbee Academy: GenAI Talent Path Diploma along with digital badges from the platforms they work with. The capstone build carries the most weight at the end, because it demonstrates the one thing that matters in a hiring conversation: this person has shipped a working system. Top performers move into the process to join Redbee's AI and data team as GenAI engineers.
The GenAI Talent Path is the second initiative launched under Redbee Academy, following the Odoo Talent Program and its inaugural cohort of 30 participants in Cluj-Napoca.
The academy grew out of the belief that education and industry should prepare the next generation of specialists together. Real projects, direct access to practising engineers, and standards set by client work rather than a syllabus. Odoo covered the ERP side of that commitment. GenAI covers the side of the market where demand arrived before the training did.
For Redbee Software, the GenAI Talent Path is an investment in the technical capacity of the local market.
With more than 100 successfully delivered projects, recognition in Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe, and partnerships spanning Odoo, AWS as an Advanced Tier Services Partner, and Databricks as a Bronze consulting partner, Redbee builds on a straightforward view: technology grows through people as much as through innovation.
Redbee Software joined the Databricks Partner Program in August 2026 as a Bronze-tier consulting partner.
