The client is a dominant hardware distributor in the Romanian agricultural sector, specializing in high-value automated dairy farming equipment and robotic milking systems. Serving large-scale B2B commercial dairy farms, their operations require seamless alignment between sales, supply chain, and physical hardware deployment. As they expanded, their corporate structure evolved into two distinct legal entities.

Operational bottlenecks caused by disconnected legacy systems

Operating two separate corporate entities on legacy software created significant inefficiencies, requiring constant manual data reconciliation across the organization. These disconnected systems led to several critical bottlenecks:

Integrating physical hardware workflows 

We mapped the client’s daily workflows directly into the ERP. Every step of a product's lifecycle, from purchasing to final field delivery, is now tracked in real-time. To solve the administrative billing bottleneck, we customized the Odoo invoicing module with specific rules and automated logic to handle the financing requirements unique to commercial farms.

Driving adoption through on-site training 

Delivering the software was only half the solution; ensuring the client's workforce could actually use it was critical.
